I believe in an open and transparent company culture where things can simply be said. Taking into consideration one’s own needs as well as those of others, protecting one’s own boundaries as well as respecting those of others.
Through individual and/or team coaching I collaborate with teams and organisations to discover each person’s valuable diversity and unique contribution to the team.
Based on the sound pillars of authenticity and committed communication, I coach managers and employees who want to work from the basis of authenticity and want to build strong, positive working relationships.
Coaching sessions can take place in English, French or Dutch.

Thanks to Isabelle’s insights, questions, thoughts and analyses I gradually got my life back on track.

She accompanies you to find out what you can do to let your life flow again, to take the first concrete steps.
After a session with Isabelle, I look at my story from a completely different perspective and I feel relieved and light-hearted.

Coaching with horses as co-coach
Close to nature and in complete serenity, the horse’s presence rapidly reveals profound and clarifying insights, and exposes communication and/or other patterns.
Horses have heightened awareness of how you are feeling and continuously mirror your behaviour – or the dynamics during team coaching – that is primarily expressed unconsciously. The horse’s presence considerably accelerates the coachee’s growth process and creates awareness of one’s own behaviour, feelings and thoughts.
Furthermore horses are masters of clear and immediate feedback, without judgement. They bring us closer to nature and ourselves, focusing on the here and now. They teach us to take a step back from our compulsive doing to be able to, first and foremost, simply be.

Insights Discovery
Insights is a colourful tool that reveals strengths and pitfalls in interaction with others in a transparent manner. What is your and your team’s favourite colour ?
The success of any organisation stands or falls with the performance of its people. With Insights Discovery you invest in your employees and provide them with the tools to further develop their communicative and interpersonal skills, thus improving relationships as well as creating connection and communication on a deeper level.
The colour-based language Insights uses, is easy to understand and remember. As a result, people continue to use the terms and colours on a daily basis. The questionnaire to be filled in, takes around 20 minutes, is available in 40 languages and produces a basic profile consisting of around 20 pages.
I give Insights workshops (NL/ENG/FR), optionally in combination with team coaching with horses as co-coach. At the start of every coaching and/or training process, I like to work with the Insights profile as a solid basis for immediate insight into one’s own preferred behavior and communication style.

Training and Workshops

With committed communication we simultaneously take care of :

I give workshops (2 to 4 hours) and training courses (1 to 2 days) on the different aspects of authenticity and committed communication:
